How does payment work?
You pay securely at checkout with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order is placed and every transaction is protected by 3-D Secure. We never store your card details.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Standard shipping (3–6 business days) is free over $150; Express (2–3 business days) is $14.90. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every item we sell is an authentic designer piece from verified sources, checked one by one before it ships. UGG® products are sourced through an authorized retailer and show the official style code on the product page.
How do I choose my size?
Sizes follow each brand's own sizing and are shown on every product page (EU, US or UK, as labelled). If you're between sizes or unsure, write to us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right one. UGG® Classics fit slightly snug at first and soften with wear, so most customers take their usual size.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original box. Write to us from the Contact page, we send you a prepaid label, and the refund is issued within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
